This means we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Earbud AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our service. This includes damages arising from any content obtained from the service or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Earbud AI's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to Earbud AI for the services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not had any payment obligations to Earbud AI.
Ending Your Relationship with Earbud AI (Termination)
We hope you'll be a long-term user, but you're free to stop using Earbud AI at any time. You can typically do this by closing your account through your settings or by contacting us.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service. If your account is terminated, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
